Victorian Shell Lace Baby Bonnet
Easy to knit bonnet based on a Victorian lace edging pattern.
Instructions include chart and written directions for lace panel.
Make one for the next baby shower at work or a christening! This bonnet is going to be an instant family heirloom.
Directions are both written out and charted for the lace portion of the bonnet.
Materials needed:
1. One ball Lustrado 100% cotton or any Fingering weight yarn
(Lustrado has 185 yards in one ball. I used less than a ΒΌ of the ball)
2. Size 4 or 5 straight knitting needles ( I knit very tightly so I used US size 5)
3. Ribbon for tie
4. Darning needle to weave in ends of yarn
Size = newborn
