Black TOP HAT
Dress up an outfit or add to a costume with this black top hat. The top hat is also known as a silk hat, cylinder hat, chimney pot hat, or stove pipe hat.
Made of black felt.
Is considered adult size. However please see the measurements to helps ensure the right fit.
The crown measures approx 4" tall. The inside head measurements are approx 6 3/4" (side to side) and 7 3/4" front to back. The overall measurements of the hat are 11" x 9 1/5" with the rim. The rim itself is approx 1 1/2".
Please note: These may not be the exact measurements but they are pretty close approximations.
