A 1911 full page ad for Cream of Wheat. The title reads, “When the wish is father to the thought." It shows a puppy dog chewing on an artist brush as his master tries to paint a portrait of Rastus. This is one of the harder Cream of Wheat ads to find. I love artwork by W.L. Blumenthal! This full page ad is in good condition. This full page ad measures 8" X 11 1/2". E179-2
