This beautiful hand towel will be a perfect addition for the Netilat Yadayim (hand washing) ritual, for kitchen and bathroom use.
"Seder" means order, and on the seder night there is a very strict order from beginning to end. First we make Kiddush, and second we have "Urchatz" which is a special washing of the hands.
To celebrate this special order, Yair Emanuel designed this beautiful towel specifically for the Seder night. It is a soft white terry cloth towel with the bottom detail embroidered in multicolor with the order of the entire seder and the word “Urchatz” in larger print, to indicate which part of the Seder you have reached.
It’s the perfect gift for Passover, weddings, house warming, or any other happy occasion.
The towel is made of chain-stitched embroidery on a high quality cotton towel, using various colors of thread.
Ritual washing in Judaism when practiced in the home takes the form of 'netilat yadayim' -- which is the washing of the hands usually pouring water from a cup.
From the Bible, we see this reference to hand-washing:
I will wash my hands in innocence; so will I compass Thine altar, O LORD (Psalms 26:)
Dimensions:
Size of the towel: 16.5 x 27 inches
