Here's another piece from an excellent estate in Arkansas, a woman who showed excellent taste in her surroundings. She collected the blue willow pattern in lots of things...this is definitely a neat piece!
This is the single egg cup style marked Japan; it measures 2-1/8" tall and 1-3/4" across the wide top. There are no cracks or chips and only the barest amount of crazing; it's in excellent condition.
There are actually 6 of these cups available and I would love to see them sold as a set, but I'm pricing the cup singly in case you are wanting to fill out a set. For multiples, please contact me for a better price (and shipping) on the items. The only thing I've noticed in 3 of them is that there is some slip "ooze" from when they were unmolded. This happened during the pouring process and is not damage from use.
I'm recommending Priority shipping on this item; if you prefer the less expensive parcel post please let me know. I'll certainly pack it/them as well as possible but I think the shorter Priority traveling time will be to your advantage.
These tiny charmers are definitely a piece of the past that will be a delightful addition to any collection!
