From the envelope, "Buttoned blouse with edging trim has collar, ribbon bow ans short sleeves. Gathered jumpsuit A, B and romper C have front waistband, back elastic, heart shaped bib with heart applique and purchased appliques, buttoned or snap fastened shoulder straps. Edging trim. View A with contrast feet and ribbon bows, and B have contrast bib and elasticized ankles. View C has self-fabric bib with contrast heart applique and elasticized legs. Snap-fastened crotch opening is optional for A, B or C. Pullover dress with buttoned or snap-fastened back opening has yokes with collar, piping, ruffle and short sleeves. Lace or eyelet trim; dress collar, piping, heart applique and panties are of contrast. Bonnet has contrast facings and ruffle, ribbon ties or eyelet and edging trim. 31 pattern pieces."
