The NeckWrap has been specially designed to be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer for soothing temperature therapy. It is filled with whole buckwheat seeds. Buckwheat seeds are the fruit (or achene) of the buckwheat plant (fagopyrum esculentum). The seeds posses the special property of retaining transferring heat/cold for up to 30 minutes.

CARE:

For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
