About the Author
Dr. Duran Akbulut was born in Turkey. As a child he went to Germany with his parents, where he studied sociology at the university of Paderborn. Achieving a PhD, he was awarded the prize of best student for his scientific achievement and political and social activity at the university. After one year lecturing at the University of Paderborn, he came to England and has lived here for seven years. He has since published three books.
