Very nice set of Inscription Blocks of 4 of the Dag Hammarskjold Memorial 5¢ and 15¢ commemorative postage stamps issued in 1962, on the first anniversary of Hammarskjold's death. The design features a U.N. flag at half staff in front of the U.N. Headquarters Building in New York.
