This is Vogue American Designer sewing pattern number 1510, from designer Herbert Kasper, circa 1985.
The pattern is UNCUT and the instructions are included. The envelope is age-tanned with some light wear and tear, and there is a store sticker on the front from James Brindley of Harrowgate and Weatherby, Great Britain.
Size 12 - measurements are Bust 34", Waist 26 1/2", Hip 36"
Misses' Dress: Dress, lower calf or evening length, has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, shoulder tucks, very loose-fitting, blouson bodice with concealed back button closing, straight wrap front draped skirt, back zipper, attached bias drape with bow and 7/8 sleeves.
Recommended fabrics: Silk Jacquard, Tissue Faille, Challis, Silk Broadcloth and Lt. wt. Wool Jersey.
