So How Do You Send Us Your Info. And Choices?

You can send me your info. by:

1. Send me an email ([email protected]) and I will send you a link which allows you to enter your info. and see what your tags would look like. I in turn receive an automated copy of your info.

or

2. Send your info. in a message via email ([email protected])

3. If paying via PayPal you can enter your info. via the PayPal message Centre.(Please be aware it does have a word limit)

We emboss our tags which is like the raised text on your Bank card.

This means the text is punched into the metal with our specialised embossing machine.

It is not engraving so we can only put a message on one side of your tag/s.

Embossing means your text won't wear or scratch off the tag & we guarantee this for a lifetime !

You may have different text on each ID Tag @ "NO XTRA CHARGE".

Each tag can fit up to 5 lines with no more than 15 characters/items per line.

Spacing is counted as an item.

We recommend 13 characters/items as the silencer (which goes around tag edge)can partially cover a letter or two.

The TEXT will be embossed IN CAPITALS:

Letters of the Alphabet: A - Z

NUMBERS: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Not happy with your order? Errors can occur on occasions. Please email us and explain the problem. Attaching a photo can be helpful.

I.D.U offers a full 60 day refund /replacement for items that have been manufactured /customised incorrectly to the original order with no expense to the purchaser. If the error is ours we will pay the return postage. However, upon request, the item/s must be returned in the same condition as sent. Once received, a new set/item will be made and shipped or a refund issued.

Digital photos of each order and the postage address are taken prior to shipping as proof of postage, text layout, etc. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping but will endeavour to solve any postage problems. A track and trace option is available.

IDTAGS4U cannot replace, exchange, or refund any custom made orders which were made specifically to you i.e. personalised tag/s.

However, other items which were part of an order such as chains/ metal tins/collars can be returned within 60 days of purchase in the same condition as sent. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please be aware the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred and postage charges cannot be refunded whether or not we have charged you postage. If you return a Free Post item/s we will deduct the charges we incur.

Please note that rubber silencers and leather cord are subject to a 14 day return policy only. They are NOT mil spec quality and do deteriorate after some time.

Silencers will only be replaced based on the following criteria:

You inform us via email, within 14 days (of making your purchase & payment)

You return them to us if requested to do so and /or submit a photo

Your replacement will be like for like products in new condition (i.e.same colour as initial order)
