Note: Gotu cola should not be confused with kola nut (Cola Nitida) present in some tonics and in cola drinks. Unlike Kola nut, which is not recommended for your health, Gotu cola does not contain caffeine.
DIRECTIONS
Age 12 � 16: Take one capsule twice daily after meals.
Age 16 � 65: Take one to two capsules twice daily after meals.
Age 65+: Take one capsule twice daily or as prescribed.
CAUTION
Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not yet been established. StudyPlus is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
NOTE: Due to the beneficial effect of StudyPlus on mental clarity and alertness, it is recommended that the last dose of this remedy be taken at least 3 hours before bedtime.
