This figure was designed by: Ebbe Sadolin and Svend Jespersen and depicts a wonderful version of the famed Commedia Dell Arte theater actor Harlequin. The colors are amazing and the porcelain glaze is very shiny. It appears to look like stained glass!! It is a high glaze figural and the detail is amazing. I do not know much about B&G and during my research found that this has a mark used between 1970-1983. It is no longer in production and according to my research rare and hard to find. It measures approximately 11 1/4 inches tall. On the bottom it is marked Copenhagen Porcelain with 3 towers below, B&G Made In Denmark B&G 2354 SK with artists initials ES / SJIt is in very good condition with the exception of a broken thumb on his left hand. This does not detract from the beauty of this piece. We are small sellers who give much more attention than larger sellers. Every one of our customers are important.
