Old Antique European Continental Porcelain Mid To Late Victorian Era Girl Figure

She is in colonial period clothing which consists of a cap on her head with bows, laced up corset top, a skirt and an apron. She is wearing blue shoes with bows. Her dress has hand painted floral and wheat trim with dots and a striped collar.This mid to late Victorian era piece is made of very high quality porcelain that is very white with shiny glaze. The figure of the girl is on a lovely ornate stepped base with hand painted blue scroll work.This woman figure is in very good condition with the exception of a teeny tiny firing line around her left thumb that is barely noticeable. It measures approximately 6 3/4 inches tall by about 2 1/2 inches across the base by about 2 1/2 inches deep.I have no idea who made it but highly suspect it is continental/European and most likely German, English or French. I have looked on the internet for many hours to try and find the maker's mark with no success. It consists of very dark crossed lines or swords, with 3 dots and a crescent.
