Vintage circa 1940s lint brush opens up to reveal a comb and nail file. A zipper extends around the brush. Marked inside: Top Grain Cowhide. Brown in color.
Provenance: This item bears the personalized initials E.D.F. on front. It once belonged to the late Edward D. Fischer (1898-1983), longtime owner of the Fischer Insurance Agency in Staunton, Illinois, formerly located at 213 W. Main Street. The Fischer Insurance Agency had been established by Edward's father, Henry A. Fischer (1861-1950), circa 1887. Acquired directly from the E.D. Fischer estate.
Near mint condition. They don't make quality stuff like this anymore. It's got that old company quality feel and look.
