The booklet was issued by the Tourist & Convention Bureau of Winnipeg & Manitoba, Parliament Building, Winnipeg, softcover, 6" X 9" clean, unmarked, English, approx 80 pp, good condition, some edge wear, an indentation on back cover and the last few pages.
