** ABOUT OUR SHIRO NUKA

Nuka (or komenuka) is the Japanese word for bran of rice (Oryza sativa japonica). Our Shiro Nuka is made from the choice parts of komenuka: the nutrient-rich germ, and the soft "inner" bran layer (Aleurone) of the rice grain.

Germ plus Aleurone together weigh only about 6% of the weight of the entire grain, but contain about 80% of all the nutrients and minerals available in a grain of rice.

Apply it the traditional way with a cotton sash bag (2 included), or use it as a brightening face wash. You can also mix it with soap lather, or apply it as a facial mask.

❤ APPLY SHIRO NUKA THE JAPANESE TRADITIONAL WAY

1. Fill one sash bag with 3 tablespoons of Shiro Nuka. Knead in 4 cups of lukewarm water till the water turns milky white.

2. Buff and polish face and neck in slow, circular motions. Start from T-zone and move out. Dip bag in tub from time to time as it gets drier.

3. Gently Pat and rub bag to treat hands, arms and elbows.

4. Use the milky white water to wash face, neck, hands and arms.

5. Rinse well with clear, lukewarm water. Pat-dry with a clean, soft towel.

6. Empty bag and discard contents. Rinse and hang dry. Keep bag for next use.

❤ OR, APPLY SHIRO NUKA AS FACE WASH

1. Mix one tablespoon in 4 cups of lukewarm water. Wash face and neck with the milky white water. Treat arms too.

2. Rinse well with clear, lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft towel to pat-dry face.

❤ OR, USE SHIRO NUKA MIXED WITH SOAP
1. Lather soap. Mix a small amount of Shiro Nuka with fingertips.

2. Wash and rinse face as normal with lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft towel to pat-dry face.

❤ OR, APPLY SHIRO NUKA AS FACIAL MASK
1. Mix two flat teaspoons with lukewarm water. Apply mask evenly on face. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Wet fingers and gently massage around fine lines and wrinkles.

2. Rinse well with clear, lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft towel to pat-dry face.
