Chinese porcelain cat kitten beating drum gold embellishment vintage cm1461

This cat is all dressed up and beating its drum. The cat figurine is white porcelain, made in China, and embellished with gold. The facial features are cold painted. The cat is 4.5 inches tall and in perfect vintage condition. It is marked in red on the bottom with Chinese characters, some numbers I can't make out and China.
