GOOD Condition overall. The book is used and cover has signs of shelf wear/handling. Book is in perfect reading condition despite what described as follows:

* Pages have underlined text in pencil with the exception on 2 first pages that have underlined text in red ink.
Some words in the Glossary section have been circled with a fine marker.
* Name of owner by top edge of 1st page.
* Inside back cover has scribbles in ink obliterating what appears to be previous handwritten personal info.

* Bent corners on front cover left crease mark. Crease on spine and cover. Rubbed or frayed edges/corners, mainly one corner that has some paper missing.

* Pages with no highlighting, no tears, torn or missing pages. Tight and sound binding.

* Edge of pages with book closed with light rusty color spots.

Please, look at the pictures for they depict true condition. Being so thorough in describing it usually gives the idea of a worst condition than it actually is in.
