The customer must to responsible for all of shipping cost.

3) In case that the replacement item is not available we'll refund for 50% of the items purchased price (not include the shipping cost) to customer PayPal account within 30 days after the customer has been agreed to resolve case and confirm the correct PayPal e-mail address to us, then the customer can keep the item.

4) In case that the replacement item is not available and the customer would like to return the opened seal package item back to us we'll refund for 75% of the items purchased price (not include the shipping cost) to customer PayPal account within 30 days after the customer has been agreed to resolve case and confirm the correct PayPal e-mail address to us and we've been received the return item in same condition we've been shipped to the customer (no damage on disk and package not even scratch). The customer must to responsible for all of shipping cost.

5) In case that the replacement item is not available and the customer would like to return the unopened seal package item back to us we'll refund for 100% of the items purchased price (not include the shipping cost) to customer PayPal account within 30 days after the customer has been agreed to resolve case and confirm the correct PayPal e-mail address to us and we've been received the return item in seal pack same condition we've been shipped to the customer (no damage on disk and package not even scratch). The customer must to responsible for all of shipping cost.

The seller will never responsible all of shipping cost for every case, the seller will never refund for the the damage items or unacceptable condition items. The seller have right to consider the items condition will acceptable or unacceptable to get refund, the seller have right to change our privacy policy when ever we want and don't have to let the buyer know before.
