From the pattern envelope, "Ruffled dress with skirt gathered to bodice at waistline seam has back zipper, attached petticoat, trim and lined short sleeves gathered to bands.
Pinafore with skirt cut crosswise is gathered to waistband with back tie ends, ruffled yoke and trim."
The pattern is complete and uncut in factory folds. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has edgewear, tears and tape. The year 1994 is written on it in ink.
