This is Simplicity sewing pattern 6218, copyright 1974 for a cute pinafore-style dress or jumper and blouse. It has been cut, and all pieces and the instructions are included. The envelope is age-tanned with some wear and tear.
Size 10 - measurements are Bust 32 1/2", Waist 25", Hip 34 1/2", and Back - Neck to Waist 16".
Misses' Dress or Jumper and Blouse: The dress or jumper V. 1, 2, & 3 with skirt stitched to lined bodice above normal waistline has front and back square neckline, back zipper, bodice and skirt ruffles, patch pockets and self fabric tie belt. V. 1 features rick-rack trim. V. 2 features ribbon trim. V. 3 features embroidered eyelet edging. The blouse V. 1 & 2 with high round self-bias bound neckline has back button closing and set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings. V. 1 has short sleeves, V. 2 has long sleeves.
