This is the skirt you'll go to over and over this spring and summer, as you can wear it to so many different things and in so many different ways. It's a size medium and would probably be fine for anyone between a size 8-10-12 oreven a slim 14. It's got an elasticized waist, so you just pull it on and go. Broomstick-type styling with a very full skirt that has two black'lace' inserts. The skirt is partially lined, but only part of the way down. The top lace insert is lined, as if it weren't, it would be completely see through. Which is how the 2nd insert, the one closer to the end of the skirt is - see through! If you're very modest, you may want to actually wear a longer slip underneath, so that none of it is see through! Paired with a tank top and cute sandals or flats, you're ready for a day of shopping or a lunch date. When you go to the beach, you can throw it on over your bikini as a coverup, or wear it out on a date with a wispy top and killer heels. It highlights a slim midsection and waist, and is full through the hips!
