Really cute and super sexy heels by Splash, a women size 10 thong style heel. Very hot! These are great with a little summer dress, or with capris, jeans or longer dressy shorts. Worn only once, so they're in excellent condition. The bottom sole was very slippery (see pic 2), so I tried to rough it up a little on concrete, to prevent slipping and sliding.
