The material (which is dark black - I had to lighten the photos to get the details to show up) has tons of stretch, yet it's very substantial - not at all see-through. Itfalls in tiers to the bottomhem, which is knee length and the top is a faux wrap sytle, gathered on the side with rouching - see pic 7.
