This is the perfect black skirt! It's a womens size 12 by I.N.C., sold at Macys and is a blend of cotton and spandex. Has front zip and metal fastener and two front pockets, one with a zipper that has a long fabric zipper pull. Back is plain, no pockets and the length is just above the knee. It doesn't wrinkle and looks great either casual or dressy.
