This skirt by David N. is new, but the inner black lining is ripped on both sides. It was probably a return and since I bought it without trying it on, I didn't realize it until after I purchased it. The lining in no way detracts from how the skirt looks on - it's really cute. You could also pair it with a slip underneath, but I don't think you'd need to. If the lining bothered you, of course you could just cut it out and then wear a slip whenever you wore the skirt. It's pleated all the way around and has a side zipper. The pleats are fairly wide, but due to the fitted waist, the pleats don't add any bulk, in fact, they're a great way to hide any flaws! The plaid itself is black,gray, white and burgundy, so you have alot of options when it comes to choosing a blouse to go with it.
