Perfect top for spring and summer. This is NWT from the Arizona Jean Co and is a medium blue halter-style knit top. There is a built in 'bra' (see last pic) that runs all the way around the top, so you have a double layer and an elastic band. You could certainly wear a strapless bra with this as well, but it's nice to have the built-in feature. This ties behind the neck and the back is bare down to around the bra strap level.
