This is a really cute double breasted pea coat by American Rags. You can wear the collar up or down, and both the ends of the cuffs, the collar and the pocket have neat stitching, along with shiny black piping around all of the edges. See pictures 8 and 9. I've only worn these two or three times and I'm selling it because the buttons all need to be resewn and I am just not a sewer and would rather sell it, then take it to a seamstress and have the buttons all resewn.This is why I've listed it in GUC rather than EUC. The coat itself shows no signs of wear at all, but the buttons are an issue.If you look at the back of the coat, in photo 11, you'll see that one button is missing. You could just pick out two buttons that you like and have them sewn on the back, which also has a nice 'pleated' detail that makes the hem of the jacket fall nicely.*Picture 10 shows the way the jacket falls from the empire style waist.Some peacoats are straight up and down, making it hard for us girls with hips! Once the buttons are sewn on firmly and you find a nice set you like for the back of the coat, you'll be all set, at a fraction of the new price.
