Function:

Graduated Blue filter, an excellent solution when the sky isn't blue enough. It can be used effectively to enhance the blue tone of the sky or in combination with another graduated filter for the lower half of the image, so that in such a combination the sky will not be rendered too brightly or too pale. Example: sand dunes by the sea; using a graduated neutral density filter(grey) for the lower half and a graduated Blue Filter for the upper half of the image to get wonderful photos.

Blue Graduated Filter is especially needed if you want to get the blue sky effect and it's cloudy outside. You will get better results using filters instead of graphic modifications. The blue graduated filter is recommended for digital photography. The intensity of the colour rise gradually from transparency to blue on the edge. The filter is mounted in a rotating frame allow you to get appropriate angle for photography and choose any part of the scene to be effected.
