Handmade from 300yard strips of soft smooth glimmer ivory and glimmer gold Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft ivory fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is sewn not tied! This streamer tutu has no underskirt, it is perfect for being used as a wedding gown petticoat for a huge dress!! What an underskirt? one can be added for an extra $20 please contact me first if you would like to add one.

tutu can also be scrunched up, puffed out or combed flat depending on what look your going for. Because the tutu is cut into strips it can create lots of volume! The small pieces allows you to make it crazy looking if you want to.

**can be custom made to any length from 30"-42" just let me know if you need it a special length.

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
