Our diaper balm is unlike any other balm youve seen on the market. This balm literally works miracles. I created this after seeing many "natural" companies like california baby (registered trademark) made diaper balms with zinc oxide which is,toxic and a skin allergen among other things. My daughter for one broke out after using "natural" products with zinc oxide, so with her skin in mind along with babies worldwide I formulated this balm that is cloth diaper safe and has been used by moms for burns, scrapes, hives, cradle cap, rashes, sun burns, eczema, psoriasis, cracked skin and more. It is a special blend of soy wax, cupacao butter, avocado oil, calendula oil, neroli blossoms, lavender essential oil and butter, shea butter, aloe vera butter, virgin coconut oil, orange oil, chamomile roman oil to help inflammation and vitamin E. It is creamy and has no added color or dye.
We never use zinc oxide for our baby diaper balms as according to the US Department of Labor it is toxic and has caused cancer in animals, in humans it can cause serious respiratory problems when in inhaled. According to other studies, zinc oxide has been linked with skin irritations, skin allergies, it is considered highly toxic and should not be used though we see companies like the creators of Desitin and California Baby (called organic) that contain this harmful chemical. Don't put this on your baby! Put something pure. Please note we are in no way affiliated to any of the companies mentioned.
