Up for auction is a Vintage Kirchhof Metal Noisemaker Black Cat and Witch. There is a Jack-O-Lantern in the middle, 2 witches, a bat and a black cat. It is signed Kirchhof "LIfe of the Party" Products, Kirchhof Newark NJ Made in USA. The handle is a little wobbly and has a few scuffs on the top. The bottom looks great although there are a few areas with the orange paint ticked off, not bad though. I would say for the age of this it is in very good to excellent condition.
