40 Glocc has been around for a while when it comes to the underground West Coast rap scene, but everything has changed now, he is no longer underground and only known by gangsta rap connoisseurs, 50 Cent has signed 40 to the new G-Unit West division, along with San DIEgo gangsta Jayo Felony, and big bad Spider LoC!! "Outspoken 3" is 40 Glocc's 3rd mixtape but it's his first as a member of G-Unit and the difference is very noticeable, in a good way of course. The beats and production are top-notch, the guest appearances are many and from some of the hottest, off tha chain artists around right now. Anybody who heard Outspoken 1 and 2 knows that they were great indie street albums, but everything is on a much grander scale now that 40's with the Unit. 40 comes out the gate sounding more hungry, more aggressive, more in control, and more focused than he's sounded in years, and it's evident that any rappers who think they want a piece of him because he's rolling with G-Unit now will have clearly bitten off more than they could chew.
