This Jeweler Miter Jig Saw Vise cut and file exact 90º / 45º/ 135º Degree Angles on Wire, Tubing, and Flat Sheet Stock.
This tool is specially designed for the production of Squares, Rhombus, Rectangles, etc.

Great for the Construction of metal boxes, catches and joints, broochs, hinges, frames, clasps, fittings, findings,,etc.
This Miter Jig Saw can be clamped in a vise or hand-held can be used as a Shape Bender Block with a rawhide mallet or rubber hammer to bend Sheet Metal along the different angles bender edges of the jig.
This tool holds stock up to 1/2" thick. so you can file or saw perfectly Flat 45°, 90°, & 135° Degree cuts
You can Saw or File along the face of the jig, which is constructed of German Hard Stainless Steel. Six grooves are provided to hold a broad range of wire and tubing.
Also useful for Bending or Scoring Sheet Metal and Wire.
Furnished with a Hex Key Wrench and a .995 Sterling Silver Cutter Guide Rod to regulate the lengths of cuts.
Measures 52mm x 48mm x 10nm with exclusive locking nuts mechanism.

To use this Jeweler’s Miter Jig:
-Select the angle you wish to use.
-Loosen the tightening knobs on the top of the unit and slide your selected angle open by pushing towards the top of the unit.
-If you wish to repeat a cut multiple times place the stop bat into their cutter guide holder with the bend at the appropriate distance for the cut you intend to make and tighten the Stop Bar Knobs
-Insert the metal you want to cut in the appropriate Sheet Metal, Wire or Vernier Grooves Holders.
-Close the jig down on the piece you are cutting and tighten the knobs
-Cut against the jig with a Jeweler’s Saw or File for a perfect angle every time.
