The Darling Ghoul Halloween collection is the fruition of many of my amazingly creative customers and was so much fun to do! If I didn't use your idea it wasn't because I didn't love it. I just didn't have time to get them all done.
Spectral Shifts are sheer iridescent multi-purpose colors. Use them as eye shadow, face highlighter, blush.
*Disclaimer, this shade uses a different glitter, Synthetic Fluorophylogopite, it has been approved by the FDA for use general cosmetic use, including eyes. However, my supplier is awaiting a final decision on whether the larger particle size meets FDA standards for eye safety. I have been wearing this shade on my eyes and haven't noticed any eye irritation but wanted to make sure you had this information.

Full sizes come packaged in 5g jars with approximately 3/4 tsp of products, Petit's come in 3g jars with aproximately 1/4 tsp of products and samples come packaged in 2x2 zip lock baggies with approximately 1/8th of a tsp of product.
Ingredients: Boron Nitride, Magnesium Myristate, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Tin Oxide, Silica, Iron Oxide and Synthetic Fluorophylogopite.
