Condition of the Pattern and Sleeve: The sleeve you will notice is beginning to get holes in a number of places. The top flap is missing and the bottom seam has split. Side seams are still intact. Pattern pieces are clean and neatly folded inside. No major tears or rips were noticeable on the tissue pattern.
