The one of the left is a "fakie" made by Tara Toys made in China. She needs a bath but has no major flaws.
The one of the right is a G3 (Generation 3) My Little Pony by Hasbro made in China. "2006". She is CB (Custom Bait) because her horn has been chewed off and so has one of her ear tips. She could use a bath but doesn't seem to have any other major flaws.
Neither ponies have haircuts or missing plugs from what I can tell.
