This is a beautiful color illustration, by the gifted Italian artist, Piero Cozzaglio, taken from his portfolio on the world of dogs. This portfolio was published as a book and this illustration is an original page print, overall size approximately 8" by 10", from the 1st edition vintage edition of that book, originally published in 1976. This great illustration not only shows a beautiful rendering of the breed, with the image of the animal being so detailed and life like, you can almost see every hair in the coat of the animal, as well as muscular structure.
This original color illustration is in excellent condition, clean & bright, and will come to the winning bidder, mounted in an 11" by 14" color co-ordinated mat, ready to be framed. The illustration will also be supported with a piece of heavy, acid free card stock. The mat, illustration, and backing will be assembled with acid free mounting materials. These acid free materials will help to keep this great illustration in the excellent condition it's now in, for many more years to come. I guarantee this color illustration to be original, old (1976) and as described.
