(1/2 kilo) well-cleaned tripe or oxtail in 2 1/2 cups broth or water for about 45 minutes or boil until tender. 2. Blanch cut-up vegetables (1 small banana heart or 2 pcs. artichoke, 5 stringbeans, 2 eggplants) in vigorously boiling water. Drain and set aside.3. Remove meat from broth and cut into desired size.
