michael_829 Store Description:Kikoman Chow Mein Seasoning Mix - Quick & EasyDirections:1 package of Kikoman Chow Mein Seasoning Mix1/2 pound boneless pork, chicken or beef, sliced into thin strips2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 carrot, julienned1 onion, sliced2 oz. fresh snow peas1/4 pound fresh beans sprouts2 cups (4 oz.) crisp chow mein noodlesDissolve mix in 1/2 cup water; set aside. Stir-fry meat in hot oil in work or large skillet 2 minutes. Add carrot, onion and snow peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Add bean sprouts; stir fry 1 minute. Add seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens and is thoroughly mixed. Pour meat and vegetables over chow mein noodles; toss to combine before serving.
