Vintage 1977 babies' Style sewing pattern, style number 1989 in size 6 Months. These gowns will make your precious little one look angelic and sweet like a cherub. The smocked gathering and ruffled hems add pretty finishing details.
Layette in two sizes (smoking transfer included): Robe, dress or top has raglan sleeves and is gathered to self bound neck. The back slit opening is fastened with self ties. View 1, 3 and 4 are trimmed with smocking. View 1 has long sleeves with smocking at wrist edge forming self frill. View 3 has short sleeves elasticized at lower edge. View 4 has short frilled sleeves. View 2, designed for bordered fabric, has long sleeves elasticized at wrist edge forming self frill, and ribbon bow trim at neck. View 5, with long sleeves elasticized at wrist edge, has purchased trimming.
The pattern envelope may show wear and tear from age or storage, or have writing or markings which do not affect the pattern tissue. The pattern tissue and instructions inside are complete and uncut. Copyright dated 1977.
