Vintage 1980s children's / girls' Burda sewing pattern, style number 5477 in sizes 3 - 10. These charming girls' blouses are perfect spring and summer tops. Make them in pretty floral cottons or eyelet fabric.
Girls' blouses in three styles with shoulder pads: All have gathered sleeve caps and back button closure. View A has long sleeves gathered into cuffs with button opening, includes separate pointed bib collar trimmed in bias binding and ties on in front. View B has short sleeves gathered into cuffs, includes separate square bib collar trimmed in purchased lace edging and ties on in front. View C has attached Peter Pan collar and patch pocket on chest, short sleeves are gathered into cuffs.
