Bottle and can opener marked Germany and from the etched pattern on the handle I'd guess is from the 1950s or early 60s. Sort of reminds me of Dunhill lighters from that era or men's jewelry.
The piece is chrome plated steel and is very sturdy. This is a sleek piece that would fit well in any collection or if for use, in either a mid century or contemporary bar. Excellent but slightly used condition.
