it is a record..used record.. made in the Usa with a picture sleeve....the first lp from this great synthpop band that is similar in style to early Duran Duran & Tears For Fears..Blancmange was a British duo made up of two synthesizer players, Neil Arthur (b.1958 06 15, Darwen, Lancashire) (also vocals) and Steven Luscombe (b.1954 10 29). After being in previous groups, they founded Blancmange in January 1979 to record the song "Sad Day." Their U.K. Top 40 debut album, Happy Families (October 1982), contained the Top Ten U.K. hits "Living on the Ceiling" and "Blind Vision." Their second album, Mange Tout (May 1984) hit the U.K. Top Ten and contained their third U.K. Top Ten single, "Don't Tell Me." Their U.K. Top 40 singles included "Waves" (1983), "That's Love, That It Is" (1983), the ABBA cover song "The Day Before You Came" (1984), and "What's Your Problem?" (1985). In the wake of the relative commercial failure of their third album, Believe You Me (October 1985), Blancmange split up in 1986, and Luscombe joined the West India Company1. I Can't Explain 2. Feel Me 3. I've Seen the Word 4. Wasted 5. Living on the Ceiling 6. Waves 7. Kind 8. Sad Days 9. Cruel 10.
