Van Heusen navy blue stripe and shield man's tie

This pre-owned tie is in very good condition. Made of 80% polyester and 20% silk, it is 3 1/8" across at the widest part and about 56" long. Has label loop on the backside in which to insert the narrow end of the tie to hold it in place.
