Vintage 1963 toddler's / girls' Simplicity sewing pattern, style number 5239 in size 2.
Toddlers' jumper and blouse-slip: Full skirt, of jumper and blouse-slip, has waistline gathers and concealed back opening, and back button closing. Slip has high round neckline, Peter-pan collar and set-in sleeves, gathered to bias binding. V.1 collar and below elbow length sleeves are lace trimmed. V.2 has short puff sleeves, lower edge of slip is lace trimmed. Jumper has lowered round neckline and belt across back. Button trimmed. V.1 has corded piping at waistline front. V.2 has embroidered beading and ribbon trim.
The pattern envelope may show wear and tear from age or storage, or have writing or markings which do not affect the pattern tissue. The pattern tissue has been cut, but all tissue pieces and the instructions inside are complete. Copyright dated 1963.
