Boy do we have the BEST SWING/NEST for the BIG boys and girls EVER!
As big bird owners we know how easy it is to find all kinds of nest swings for the little boys and girls, and how IMPOSSIBLE it is to find one for the BIG babies.
Sure there are, and we ourselves carry swings for big birds but they all consist of them PERCHING rather than doing what birds BIG and SMALL do in the wild which is NEST.
As toy makers we also understand WHY this problem exist and that is because finding the right materials that are SAFE and able to stand up is very hard.
However, we are VERY HAPPY to introduce you to our Brand New Line of SAFE and DURABLE swings, not just for the BIG boys and girls but for ALL birds, BIG and small. :)
This is not just a swing/nest but we have added some cool toys inside and out to make it a PLAYGROUND as well.
We have also stuffed the bottom with colorful paper for them to nest and chew on.
UPDATE: As you can see from our Red & Purple JUNGALOWS we have added lots of our parrot formula Supreme cotton rope to the inside of the JUNGALOW making it even more FUN and EXCITING and even more COZY for your baby. We do not have a current picture of the blue because we have sold out of them at the moment but the blue ones are being made just like the red and purples are.
But that is not all, we have made both toy strands even longer, giving them even MORE stuff to play with and chew on. :)
It needs to be noted that although it is HUGE, it is not big enough for birds like large macaws and maluucan cockatoos to stand up straight in, but neither are most of the TREE nests they live in in the wild. They will actually squat/sit and enjoy.
Birds with large tail spans can still nest it, they will put their entire bodies inside and leave their tails outside.
This swing comes in RED, BLUE and PURPLE, if you have a color preference please send us a message during your checkout other wise we will send one of the three colors.
We have included another great feature to this toy, which is a large 3" (inch) x 3/8" nut and bolt, along with 2, 2"(inch) washers, so that you can actually secure the swing to the cage.
This allows the swing/nest to stay in one position if you desire. It will prevent it from actually swinging, and may not be a bad idea to do until your bird gets used to it, especially for birds that are more reluctant to new toys. It also removes very easily.
If you look closely at the purple bungalow you can see where we placed the nut and bolt. It actually takes the place of the large rawhide bone. You will receive your toy with the rawhide bone already in place and will receive the nut, bolt and washers inside your package.
So, here are the measurements of this very HUGE BUNGALOW.

The Ball itself is approx 16"(inches) tall
The circumference is 44.5"(inches)
The inside of the ball where they sleep/play in is approx 14"(inches)
The opening/hole is 7 3/4"(inches) giving them plenty of room to get in and out.
It is 19" wide and 14"(inches) thick and the ball itself is 3/16"(inches) of very hard plastic.
We have added our Parrot formula cotton rope at the bottom of the opening for the comfort of their feet and it can easily be replaced.
These balls are literally made to withstand the biting and claws of LIONS, TIGERS and BEARS (Oh my!) we kid you not.
What makes this toy even more awesome is the fact that you can EASILY wash the whole thing down.
You can literally hose it down, you just need to make sure to dry the chain and link well as it is nickle plated.
This swing is hand made in the USA and designed my Jungle Beaks.
