CONDITION: Very good. Book is completely intact. Binding shows some wear and rubbing at corners and edges. Pages have yellowed somewhat with age. No major tears, a small 1/8" tear on the upper side edge of the first page, a few of the pages have been creased at the top corner. Has a white sticker or rub spots about 1" long on the front cover, and several dispersed missing color spots on the plate on the back cover. Book has two different children's names and addresses written on the inside front cover and the following page (with a penciled in date of 10/45). Inner pages are unmarked. Binding is fine.
