fountain pen refills royal blue ink cartridge 15 ea old stock german made 699602

these are sold as is but free domestic returns for 7 days from receipt if not happy with them.............i never used a fountain pen so i have no knowledge in old stock refill cartridges......they are german made....royal blue.......by a company called metzger & mendle.........part #699602.........15 single refills per winning bid....pic shows 10 each.....apparently standard fountain pen refill cartridges..........out of the box unused.............looks like they are all roughly 1/2 filled........the ink is flowing inside.........these are older refills.....i have never used these so quality is unknown...........
